This store #6748 in Niceville is Fabulous! Amber who waited on me was Amazing. I had to ship a package to China. I had been to two other stores in Okaloosa County and each visit left me frustrated, angry and annoyed that I wasn't able to ship off my package. However, when I met Amber she came from behind the counter, got on the computer and found all the info I needed to finally get my package shipped. Then as I pulled out my Credit Card to pay, my AAA card fell on the counter and she then informed me that I had a discount coming due to my membership. I had forgotten, she did not. This was such a great help as shipping cost was over $200. I cannot tell you what a blessing she was to me that day. Her patience and care lifted such a burden from me. She made me feel like I mattered and my package was in great hands. Thank you sooo much Amber ..you rock!
